Built directly into the hillside, the cellar disappears into the landscape, leaving nature uninterrupted. The wines rest in concrete eggs, clay amphorae, and French oak barrels, fermenting with wild yeasts at their own pace. Still, cool, and harmonious with its environment, the cellar itself becomes part of the wine’s slow evolution. Defined by its striking corten steel entrance, repurposed from decommissioned ships, Cellar Brugarol embodies both resilience and sustainability. Above ground, slender steel blades rise among the vines, acting as both light wells and protection against the Tramontana winds.
