Restaurant Hostal La Fosca is part of the Brugarol ecosystem, a living landscape rooted in the Costa Brava where nature, agriculture, and gastronomy come together. From our own sheep farm and vineyards to vegetable gardens and surrounding greenery, much of what reaches the table is grown, raised, or produced within our land. Combined with the daily catch from Palamós harbour, this allows us to cook with exceptional freshness and full respect for season and origin.
